Is your moldavite genuine?
Yes. Every piece is natural Czech moldavite, bought at the source. The backlit photos show its natural bubbles, swirls and flow lines, which glass imitations can't copy. Every piece is covered by our Authenticity guarantee.
What are Studio, Atelier and Master?
The level of carving. Studio pieces are smaller and simpler in form; Atelier pieces are finely detailed; Master pieces are carved by our most accomplished carver. Each piece is priced by its stone and the work that went into it.
How much is shipping?
Free insured express shipping worldwide, tracked and signed for. Pieces ship from London or Indonesia and usually arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Will I pay import duties?
For most countries, duties and taxes are shown and paid at checkout. Where they can't be, your country may charge them on delivery.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns policy for how.
How do I care for my carving?
Moldavite is natural glass, so treat it like fine glass. Avoid knocks and hard surfaces, keep it away from other stones that could scratch it, and clean it with a soft dry cloth. No ultrasonic cleaners.
Do you take commissions?
Yes. See our Commissions page.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, to galleries and shops. See Trade & Wholesale.
